In this position, I worked for a staffing agency and assisted Coordinators in matching employees to the correct assignment. I thoroughly interviewed candidates and administered pre-employment screening such as background checks, drug screens, and reference checks. I conducted orientation for a top-tier customer twice a week and maintained monthly contact with over 200 employees. Additionally, I managed and edited job postings to attract new employees and documented any interactions with current employees. I created recruitment documents as well as company correspondences.

During my time at the University of Western Ontario, I assisted students in enhancing their writing. I identified any issues in the writing and worked with the student to address these issues and improve upon them. I worked under tight deadlines but I really enjoyed the need for careful time-management. I maintained this position while creating my own content for school and writing for my own pleasure in my free time.
